Beat in all the eggs one at a time. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla essence and beat well. Add the cream cheese, raisins and nuts. Grease a tube pan and sprinkle the bottom with &Acirc;&frac12; cup of chopped nuts. Add cake mixture to the pan and layer with the ripple mixture. Bake at 160 degrees.
