Beat in the oil. Sift in the dry ingredients and fold into the mixture. Dissolve cocoa in &frac12; cup boiling water. Add into cake mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Decorate with icing or as desired<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Icing:<br \/>Ingredients:<br \/>1 cup butter<br \/>2 cups icing sugar<br \/>4 tbsp cocoa<br \/>2 tbsp warm milk<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Method:<br \/>Beat the butter and icing sugar together until light in color.
