Beat yolk and milk stir into flour to make a soft, pliable dough. Roll and line a baking pan using 2\/3 of the dough, sprinkle with cornflakes hen arrange apples which have been dipped in lemon juice so as to prevent them from discoloring, sprinkle over sugar and spices. Roll remaining dough and use to cover filling, damping edges with water.
