Add the eggs and dates and mix well. Combine with rest of the dry ingredients to complete to complete the dough. Pat the dough into a greased +- 35 cm x 25cm oven pan. Bake at 170C for +-20 minutes till the colour changes and the biscuits if firm to touch. Sprinkle with castor sugar while still hot.
