Combine the butter and the castor sugar. Add in the egg, coconut and vanilla essence and mix. Combine with the dry ingredients to from the dough. Pressed into a greased baking pan. Bake at 170C <span>&nbsp;<\/span>for +- 20 minutes till firm. Cut into squares.
