Place some chopped dates and nuts in the centre of dough; roll into a ball in palm of hands. Place on baking tray and bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until done. Roll balls in icing sugar when cooled.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Basic dough<br \/>Ingredients:<br \/>250g butter<br \/>250ml (1cup) icing sugar<br \/>500g (4 cups) cake flour<br \/>45ml (3Tbsp) maizena \/ cornflour<br \/>125ml (&frac12; cup) oil<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Method:<br \/>Cream butter and icing sugar. Sift in flour and maizena \/ cornflour and mix.
