Place colorful paper cups in muffin trays or small tartlet trays. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Sift in flours and baking powder, alternating with milk and fold in well. Fill paper cups &frac12; way and bake for 10 &ndash; 12 minutes, or until lightly golden and springy to the touch.
