Just enough to cover the cubes<br \/>\nAdd tumeric to taste and colour<br \/>\n1\/2 tspn of cayene pepper<br \/>\n1 tablespoon salt<br \/>\n1 tablespoon black pepper<br \/>\nMix well into the chicken<br \/>\nLet it sit for 1 hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chicken cubes are ready to grill. Best on open flame. Get any wrap bread or even a roti. Add sauces that you like on the bread \/ roti. Place chicken cubes insides.
