INGREDIENTS
1. BEAT TOGETHER….
2 tblsp cocoa
2 tblsp maziena
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water
2. THEN ADD….
1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
2 ½ tsp baking powder
5 egg yolks
45g Aero chocolate chopped in small pieces
• Beat together till smooth, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and
chopped Aero.
• Pour in a greased pan and bake on 180 degrees until done
GANACHE TOPPING
100g Dairy milk chocolate
¼ cup fresh cream
Melt on a low heat stirring all the time. Leave to cool, then pour over cake and decorate with Aero.<\/p>\n
