INGREDIENTS
•1 CUP SOFT BUTTER
•3 CUPS CAKE FLOUR
•4 TSP BAKING POWDER
•1 CUP MILK
•1 ¼ CUP SUGAR
•4 EGGS
•A PICH OF SALT
•1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE<\/p>\n

METHOD
1.    MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER FOR 10 – 15 MINUTES
2.    POUR CAKE MIXTURE INTO A GREASED BAKING PAN OF CHOICE AND BAKE @180c UNTIL DONE

•    ¼ Ib BUTTER
•    1 CUP ICING SUGAR
•    2 TSP HOT WATER
•    2 TSP MILK
•    2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
•    LITTLE RED COLOURING
METHOD
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
SPREAD ICING OVER CAKE
