Place paper cases in cup cake pans.<br \/>Beat butter and castor sugar till nice and creamy.<br \/>Add eggs one at a time. Beat well.<br \/>Add essence and coconut cream and beat well.<br \/>Sift in flour and mix to a soft thick batter.<br \/>Fill batter into cupcake cases.<br \/>Bake till done.<br \/>Topping<br \/>Whip 500ml fresh cream; add some icing sugar to sweeten. Beat till stiff.<br \/>Fold in 60ml desiccated coconut and 100g grated milky bar chocolate.<br \/>Cool in fridge.<br \/>Pipe onto cupcakes.<br \/>Sprinkle freshly grated coconut.
