Add nuts to mixture. Add mazeina and flour to form soft dough. Roll into balls,<br \/>Bake in 180 degrees oven for about 15 minutes!<br \/>When cool dip in white melted chocolate and roll in coconut<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/><strong><br \/>NOUGHAT BISCUIT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 grams butter<br \/>1 cup ground almonds (roasted for a nice flavour),<br \/>1 cup maizena<br \/>1 cup icing sugar<br \/>4 cups flour that&#39;s for the biscuit dough<\/p>\n<p>Beat butter, almonds, maizena and icing sugar till creamy, form dough with flour.<br \/>Roll out a bit thick and cut out in ovals or whatever shape and bake like normal biscuits.<br \/>Nougat<br \/>5 oz icing sugar<br \/>4 oz honey,<br \/>1 oz powdered glucose<br \/>2 egg whites<br \/>Beat everything together on double boiler until thick and glossy. Decorate the biscuit sides with chocolate and green pista and pipe with nougat on the top.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WASEELA BISCUITS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&frac12; Ib butter<br \/>&frac12; cup oil<br \/>1 cup castor sugar<br \/>2 cups coconut<br \/>1 tblsp cinnamon<br \/>1 tsp elachi<br \/>1 tsp ground ginger<\/p>\n<p>Beat butter, oil and castor sugar till creamy, add rest of ingredients and make soft dough with enough flour, cut with cutter and decorate with peanuts before baking<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHOCOLATE COATED BISCUIT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&frac12; Ib butter<br \/>&frac34; cup icing sugar<br \/>&frac12; cup coca<br \/>1 cup maizena<\/p>\n<p>Cream butter and sugar. Then add rest of ingredients to form soft dough with flour. Form into logs, bake and decorate with chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CRUNCHIE BISCUITS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&frac12; Ib butter<br \/>&frac34; cup castor sugar<br \/>1 &frac12; cups coconut<br \/>1 cup corn flakes (crushed)<br \/>&frac12; cup nuts<br \/>1 egg<br \/>&frac12; tsp baking. Powder<\/p>\n<p>Beat butter and castor sugar, add rest of ingredients and mix well, form dough with flour, shape and bake.
