Ingredients<\/p>\n

•    1 cup soft butter
•    3 cups cake flour
•    4 tsp baking powder
•    1 cup milk
•    1 ¼ cup sugar
•    4 eggs
•    a pinch of salt
•    1 tsp vanilla essence<\/p>\n

Method
1.    mix all the ingredients together for 10 – 15 minutes
2.    pour cake mixture into a greased baking pan of choice and bake @180c until done
icing<\/p>\n

•    ¼ ib butter
•    1 cup icing sugar
•    2 tsp hot water
•    2 tsp milk
•    2 tsp vanilla essence
•    little red colouring<\/p>\n

Method
mix all the ingredients together
spread icing over cake
