Add salt and chilli to taste. When almost done add tomato and potatoes. When potatoes are soft add tomato paste and sugar. Serve with rice<\/p>\n<p><strong>MUTTON STEW<\/strong><br \/>\n1kg mutton<br \/>\n1 large onion<br \/>\n1 cinnamon stick<br \/>\nWhole peppers and cloves<br \/>\nJeero<br \/>\nGhee<br \/>\nMake vagar with onion. Add in mutton and cook for 45 minutes till done. Meanwhile cut up veggies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I used:<\/strong><br \/>\nBaby marrows<br \/>\nCarrots<br \/>\nButternut<br \/>\nOnion<br \/>\nTomato<br \/>\nGreen beans<br \/>\nCabbage<br \/>\nPotato<br \/>\nOnce mutton is done, heat ghee in a big pot add mutton.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Season with:<\/strong><br \/>\nGreen masala<br \/>\nLemon pepper<br \/>\nWhite pepper<br \/>\nCrushed garlic<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nDhana jeero<br \/>\nArad<br \/>\nAromat<br \/>\nAdd veggies in order of which takes longer to cook. Once all veggies are on close pot and cook on low for 15 minutes.
