Boil the water in a big enamel pot\/AMC will also do<br \/>   2. Add Ginger and sugar&nbsp; just to give 1 boil<br \/>   3. Remove from stove and leave to cool and allow to stand overnight<br \/>   4. Next morning add yeast and a handful of raisins. Leave to stand for the day.<br \/>   5. the following morning add &frac12; &#8211; &frac34; pkt cream of tartar and &frac12;    pkt tartaric acid.<br \/>   6. Leave to stand for 1.2 hour.<br \/>   7.
