Ingredients:
1 cup Low fat yoghurt <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

1-2 Cardamoms, crushed or<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

A few strands Saffron<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

1 or  2 drops Yellow colour (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Ice cubes <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

A few Pistachios chopped<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Sugar free canderel <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

 Method:
Soak saffron if using in a little warm milk for a few minutes. Stir to dissolve. Whisk all the ingredients. ogether in a blender till smooth and frothy. Put 2-3 ice cubes in a glass and pour the piyush over the cubes. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped pistachios crushed cardamom or saffron strands.<\/span><\/p>\n
