<font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" size=\"+1\"><\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\"><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   300ml fresh cream<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   1 tin ideal milk<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   140g sugar<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   175g dessicated coconut<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   Flavouring<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   Vanilla essence<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Place ideal milk in the    freezer overnight <\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   In the morning in the blender pour in the fresh cream and blend until frothy-    about 15 min.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   Open the ideal milk which is frozen and gradually scrape the milk and add a    spoonful at a time while the machine is still on .<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   Continue doing this until all the milk has been thoroughly blended.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   Add the sugar and the flavouring of your choice and continue blending for another    10 min.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   Fast freeze if possible in plastic or Tupperware containers and when frozen    it is ready to eat.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">ALTERNATIVE FLAVOURING:<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">a- Mint essence &#8211; with a    hint of green coloring.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   b- Mango pulp &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; with a hint of orange coloring.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"-1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   c- &Acirc;&frac12;
