Grind pistachios coarsely.<\/font><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" size=\"-1\">Meanwhile    boil milk gently on stove till it thickens. Mix maizina in a little cold milk    and add to pot boiling milk.
