Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffly<br \/>   2. Add remaining ingredients and mix to form a soft pastry.<br \/>   3. Press Pastry into a large pie plate and bake at 180 for 20 minutes until    straw coloured.<\/font><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" size=\"-1\"><strong>Ingredients<br \/>   Filling:<br \/>   <\/strong><\/font><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" size=\"-1\">500ml    Milk<br \/>   2 eggs<br \/>   60ml Sugar<br \/>   Pinch Salt<br \/>   15ml Corn Flour<br \/>   15ml Cake Flour<br \/>   15ml Butter or Margarine<\/font><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" size=\"-1\"><strong>Method<br \/>   <\/strong><\/font><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\" size=\"-1\">1.    Bring milk to the boil<br \/>   2. Beat eggs, sugar,cake flour,corn flour,and salt and add to boiling milk and    stir.<br \/>   3. NB. THIS MIXTURE THICKENS QUICKLY. Once it has thickened remove from heat    and beat in the butter.<br \/>   4. Pour mixture in pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon.
