Beat egg whites stiffly and beat fresh cream stiffly. Mix beaten egg whites and cream into the egg yolk\/ sugar\/ cheese mixture &ndash; mix well. Line a bowl of your choice with boudoir biscuits dipped in the mug of coffee. Cover biscuits with half of the filling.&nbsp; Place another layer of dipped biscuits over filling then pour remaining filling over and smoothen it.
