2 egg yolks<\/span><\/p>\n 3 level Tbsp castor sugar<\/span><\/p>\n ½ cup milk<\/span><\/p>\n ½ cup cream<\/span><\/p>\n 1 tsp cornflour<\/span><\/p>\n ¼ cup milk<\/span><\/p>\n 1 ½ Tbsp Granadilla pulp<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Beat yolks and sugar until light and creamy. Mean while put milk and cream in a pot and bring to the boil on medium heat, stir yolk mixture into milk. Blend the corn flour and custard powder with the ¼ cup milk to a smooth paste. Pour into cream mixture and cook until thick. Stir in granadilla pulp, cover and cool to room temp, then refrigerate.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Serve this cream with sliced fruit.
