1 lt long life milk<\/span><\/p>\n

1 * 250ml tub fresh cream<\/span><\/p>\n

1 *250ml box Cremendous  <\/span>cream or fresh cream<\/span><\/p>\n

1 * 397g can condensed milk<\/span><\/p>\n

½ cup strawberry Nesquik<\/span><\/p>\n

¼ tsp rose pink colouring<\/span><\/p>\n

2 punnets strawberries, chopped<\/span><\/p>\n

½ cup sugar<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Method:<\/span><\/p>\n

Combine milk, fresh cream, cremendous cream and condensed milk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Add the Nesquik and colouring.<\/span><\/p>\n

Whisk mixture for 1 minute and pour into the ice – cream machine.<\/span><\/p>\n

Place strawberries and sugar in a pan and cook until sugar dissolves. <\/span><\/p>\n

Leave to cool.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour ¾ of the ice –cream into a round cake mould lined with cling wrap.<\/span><\/p>\n

Place in freezer overnight.<\/span><\/p>\n

When serving, turn ice –cream mould onto a platter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Scoop ice – cream balls from the remaining ice – cream, and set over the ice – cream mould. <\/span><\/p>\n

Pour strawberry sauce over ice – cream scoops and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n
