{"id":8231,"date":"2007-09-03T07:27:58","date_gmt":"2007-09-03T05:27:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.radioislam.org.za\/wordpress\/2007\/09\/03\/asparagus-samoosas\/"},"modified":"2007-09-03T07:27:58","modified_gmt":"2007-09-03T05:27:58","slug":"asparagus-samoosas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioislam.org.za\/a\/asparagus-samoosas\/","title":{"rendered":"Asparagus samoosa&#8217;s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><u>Ingredients:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">1kg cubed chicken fillet<br \/>   1 packet Fatima pur<br \/>   1 cup lemon juice<br \/>   3 tablespoons lemon pepper<br \/>   2 tablespoons garlic, fine or crushed<br \/>   1 tablespoon green masala<br \/>   salt to taste<br \/>   3 big onions sliced<br \/>   eggs, beaten to dip<br \/>   bread crumbs<br \/>   &frac14; cup to &frac12; cup ghee<br \/>   1 tin (450g) asparagus<br \/>   2 cups tussers cheese<br \/>   1 cubed green pepper<br \/>   1 cubed red pepper<br \/>   1 cubed yellow pepper<br \/>   chopped dhannia and spring onions <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><u>Method :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>   &#8211; Saute onions in ghee, till soft not brown<br \/>   &#8211; Add chicken fillet and lemon juice<br \/>   &#8211; Cook till soft<br \/>   &#8211; Add lemon pepper, green masala and crushed garlic<br \/>   &#8211; Braise for 5 minutes<br \/>   &#8211; Let cool<br \/>   &#8211; Add chopped dhannia and spring onions <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"> <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><u>Filling :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>   &#8211; Remove soft asparagus and use only firm ones.
