Mix all    ingredients together.<br \/>   2. Make into balls.<br \/>   3. Pat each in palm.<br \/>   4. Add a blob of butter in the middle of the mince and then roll into a kebab.<br \/>   5. Place in oven tray.<br \/>   6. Drizzle 4 tblsps of ghee and 4 tblsps of lemon juice in tray.<br \/>   7.
