Scrape veins from leaves, wash and pat    dry.<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   2. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a large dish.<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   3. Blend the onion tomato chillies lemon juice and sour milk until smooth and    add to the dry ingredients.<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   4. Soak the aamli in the water and vinegar for a few minutes then strain and    add to above mixture and stir until well combined and a thick paste is formed.<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   5. If using small leaves: Spread about a teaspoon of batter over each leaf turn    the two sides in then roll tightly like a swill roll.<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   6. Place the rolls in a steamer pot and steam over a low heat for about an hour(    at this point they can be frozen).<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   7. Shallow fry in a pan with a little oil and &Acirc;&frac12; cup water allow to steam    slowly till water evaporates, turning once till golden brown.<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   8. When using large leaves: spread a tablespoon of batter over a leaf then place    a small leaf on top. Spread a little more batter over the second leaf. Turn    the two sides in then neatly fold like a swiss roll.Steam as usual.<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   9. Cut into 1 &Acirc;&frac12; cm slices and shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown    on both sides.<\/font><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/p>\n<p><a><font size=\"-1\">   10.
