Boil potatoes in their jackets till soft and then peel off the skin.<br \/>   2. Take the potatoes and put them through a mincer, add rest of ingredients    and mix well.<br \/>   3. Form round balls and flatten on a floured board (shape like a cutlet)<br \/>   4. Dip in egg and bread crumbs<br \/>   5.
