font-family: Arial\">3 cloves or garlic peeled and finely chopped<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 tin of chopped tomato<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 tbsp brown sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Juice of half lime<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Freshly ground salt and black pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 tbsp French tarragon or a combination of oregano, parsley, thyme, rosemary<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">120ml olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">4-6 onions, peeled and sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&Acirc;&frac34; cup sweet chili sauce <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">500g puffed pastry<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">20 black olives, pitted, coarsely chopped<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">For the tomato base:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">In a saucepan simmer the chopped tomato, garlic, sugar, tarragon, salt and pepper fro about 40 minutes or until thick.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Cover and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">For the onion and chili:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions gently for 2 minutes, then reduce the heat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Add 2 tbsp water and the chilli sauce, cover and let it simmer for about 40 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">The onion should be sweet and oft and not too wet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">If the mixture is too liquid heat quickly with the lid off for a minute or 2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Roll out the pastry and shape into 4 or 6 tartlets, pricking them well with a fork.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Place the tartlets on a baking dish that has been sprinkled with flour.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Divide the tomato mix between the tartlets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Spoon onion mix over tomato then place in oven and bake for about 20 min at 220 degrees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped olives and return to oven and bake for a further 4 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt;
