Cover and leave aside for 20-30 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Filling <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">500g chicken cubes<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 green pepper cubed<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">2 onions<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 tsp salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 tsp black pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">4 tsp green chilli<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&frac14; cup spring onion chopped<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 bunch fresh dhana<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 recipe white sauce (below)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">4 tblsp oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Braize onions in oil until light brown, add chicken, green pepper and spices, and cook until chicken is tender. Add white sauce, cook for the few minutes and cool. Add spring onions and coriander when cool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Roll out dough to 4 mm thickness, cut into 8cm x 8cm squares. Brush edges with lai, then fold like envelopes. Seal edges. Place on greased pan, brush with egg and sprinkle khus khus or tal. Freeze until needed or bake at 200* until light brown.
