Bake in oven at 180&#730; for 10 &ndash; 15 minutes until it is firm but not brown. Lay them out, dip each kebab into a thin lai then lay on samoosa pur. Roll it so that its covered with pur. Cut off all extra pur make sure all sides are covered.
