Braize onions in butter until soft, then add the chicken and all the spices and cook until done. Cool. Blend the milk, egg, salt and bread and add the noodles, chopped tomato and coriander and mix well. Line7 &frac12; square baking tin with baking powder paper or grease well with oil. Pour mixture in pan and bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool. Turn out onto tray and cut into 1&frac12; squares. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and freeze or fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
