{"id":8408,"date":"2012-09-13T06:05:26","date_gmt":"2012-09-13T04:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.radioislam.org.za\/wordpress\/2012\/09\/13\/tortillas-recipe-130912\/"},"modified":"2012-09-13T06:05:26","modified_gmt":"2012-09-13T04:05:26","slug":"tortillas-recipe-130912","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioislam.org.za\/a\/tortillas-recipe-130912\/","title":{"rendered":"Tortillas recipe (13.09.12)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\" style=\"font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\" style=\"font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px\">INGREDIENTS.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>2 cups flour.<br \/>60g margarine.<br \/>Half tsp salt.<\/p>\n<p>METHOD. <br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Rub ingredients to resemble breadcrumbs.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Make dough with water.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Leave dough to rest for an hour or two.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Divide into balls and roll thin rotis.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Semi cook on tawa<br \/>&nbsp;FILL ROTI WITH THE FOLLOWING:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; FILLING:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;350 g Chicken fillet cubed.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1 tsp Ginger Garlic Masala.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Salt n pepper to taste.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2 tblsp lemon juice<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1 tsp dhania powder<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1tsp jeera powder<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1 tsp crushed red chillies<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1 tsp chillie powder.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1 cup mixed vegetables.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2 tblsp chillie sauce &#8211; of choice.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2 tblsp tomato sauce.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2 tblsp H.P. Sauce.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Some grated cheese.<br \/>Cook chicken with all the ingredients except cheese and mix vegetables. When almost done add in mixed vegetables, and cook for 5 more minutes.<\/p>\n<p>SALAD<\/p>\n<p>&bull;1 small tin Baked Beans.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;2 green chillies sliced.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;Half cup yoghurt.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;1 medium onion chopped.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;1 medium tomato chopped.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&bull;Salt n pepper.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;Mix all together.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;Fill roti with filling, salad and cheese.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br \/>&bull;Roll like a swiss roll and microwave until cheese melts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; INGREDIENTS.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2 cups flour.60g margarine.Half tsp salt.
