Process onion lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and pour into a bowl. Add spices, parsley and coriander leaves to onion marinade. Combine marinade and fillet and leave overnight. Thread 2 to3 pieces of chicken cubes onto a toothpick or on a long skewer.
