Grease a casserole dish<br \/>   &#8211; Saut&Atilde;&copy; the onion in a little oil until soft; mix with macaroni.<br \/>   &#8211; Add the cheese and mix well. Turn into the dish.<br \/>   &#8211; Beat the eggs and milk together. Season and pour over the macaroni mixture.<br \/>   &#8211; Shape the sausage roll mixture into small meatballs.<br \/>   &#8211; Arrange the tomato on top of the macaroni and place a meatball on top of each    tomato slice.<br \/>   &#8211; Bake for 45 minutes.
