Grease a casserole dish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Saute the onion in a little oil until soft, mix with macaroni <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Add the cheese and mix well. Turn into the dish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Beat the eggs and milk together. Season and pour over the macaroni mixture.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Shape the sausage roll mixture into small meatballs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Arrange the tomato on top of the macaroni and place a meatball on top of each tomato slice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Bake for 45 minutes.
