Add baby potatoes. Baste with butter and braai \/ grill. Serve on platters with sauce.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>SAUCE: <br \/>2 tbs tomato sauce&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>2 tbs mayonnaise<br \/>125g butter&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>lemon juice<br \/>Garlic (crushed)<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>METHOD:<br \/>Boil together and pour over sosaties.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>COCKTAIL SAUSAGE PIES<br \/>500g puff pastry&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>1 kg cocktail sausages (steamed &amp; cooled)<br \/>1 egg (lightly beaten)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/>sesame seeds<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>METHOD:<br \/>Roll out puff pastry and cut into strips, to fit around sausages. Wrap the strips around each cocktail sausage leaving a little space to see sausage. Brush lightly with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
