Sift flour and salt in a bowl.<br \/>   2. Whisk eggs and milk together with the water.<br \/>   3. Add to the flour and whisk for 2 &acirc;&euro;&ldquo; 4 minutes.<br \/>   4. Coat fish in flour.<br \/>   5. Dip in batter and deep fry in heated oil until golden and crisp.<br \/>   6. Remove with a slotted spoon onto paper towel.<br \/>   7.
