font-family: Arial\">1 cup masoor (heaped)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">2 cups Basmathi rice<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">2 cups ground tomato<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&frac12; cup tomato pureee<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&frac12; cup yoghurt or maas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 cup fried onion<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1&frac12; teaspoon ginger-garlic<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">4 whole green chilies (slit)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 tablespoon lemon juice<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">METHOD:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Marinate fish with basic fish masala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>Bake in pre- heated oven at 220c for 5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Soak masoor overnight in cold water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Boil in salted water until done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Drain and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Boil rice in salted water for 5-10 minutes (until half- done)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Drain rice and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">In a large dish, mix tomato puree, yoghurt, onion, ginger garlic, green chilies, lemon juice and all the dry ingredients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt;
