font-family: Arial\">4 tbsp ghee<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 tsp chilli garlic paste<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">2 x 400gr tins Mexican tomatoes<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">2 tsp chilli powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 tsp crushed jeeru<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 tsp salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 cup rice<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">2 cups water<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">1 tsp salt <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">3 Bay leaves<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">METHOD:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Shel de-vein and wash prawns leaving tails intact.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Cut kingklip into 4cm pieces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Combine chilli garlic paste, salt, lemon pepper and lemon juice and marinate the prawns and kingklip fillets for 30 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Heat butter and olive oil and sauce prawns for a few minutes and remove.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Fry the kingklip for a few minutes, remove and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Fry onion and garlic in ghee until light gold.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Add chilli garlic paste, spices, tomatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Remove half the chutney and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Add rice, water, bay leaves and salt to the remaining chutney.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Bring to boil and cook on low heat until rice is tender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">To serve, mould or layer rice in a serving platter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Pour the remaining chutney over the rice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Arrange the seafood over the chutney and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt;
