Place the fillets under a grill and, while they cook, brush with butter or olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of pepper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">While the fish is grilling, make the sauce. In a saucepan, fry the garlic in the 2 Tbsp olive oil for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat. Mix the garlic with the mayonnaise parsley, extra olive oil, lemon juice and aromat and stir to mix well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Place the cooked fillets in a serving dish and serve the mashed potatoes and veggies.
