{"id":8638,"date":"2009-07-14T15:31:24","date_gmt":"2009-07-14T13:31:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.radioislam.org.za\/wordpress\/2009\/07\/14\/grilled-prawns-140709\/"},"modified":"2009-07-14T15:31:24","modified_gmt":"2009-07-14T13:31:24","slug":"grilled-prawns-140709","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioislam.org.za\/a\/grilled-prawns-140709\/","title":{"rendered":"Grilled prawns (14.07.09)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 kg prawns<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">125g butter<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">10 ml (2 teaspoons) crushed garlic<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">12.5 ml (1 tablespoon) tomato paste<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">10 ml (2 teaspoons) red chillies<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">2.5 ml (&frac12; teaspoon) black pepper salt to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">25 ml (2 tablespoons) mayonnaise<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">25 ml (2 tablespoons) chilli sauce<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Method:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Wash and devein prawns, but retain shell. Dry prawns well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Combine garlic and butter together, mix well, and then add rest of ingredients to it.
