Blend onion, green chillies and salt with a little water. Braise garlic in oil and ghee when they turn light pink add the shrimps or chicken pieces. When shrimp and chicken change colour add the onion mixture and simmer until dry. Add 2 cups of water and simmer. Add 1 minute noodles and coconut cream and simmer. In a small pan dry braise chana flour and when aroma arises remove from heat and mix into paste with a little water and add to soup.
