Put in pot with hot water and bring to boil, then reduce heat and allow to simmer slowly till soft and mushy.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\">Sieve through wire strainer. Return to pot, add sugar and cook till nearly dry. Stir continuously to prevent scorching.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\">Add ghee and allow to attain a lovely golden colour. Cool, then form into ping pong sized balls and leave aside on floured plate or board.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\">The dough:<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\">2 cups flour<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\">3 Tbsp ghee<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\">Method:<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\"><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"justify\">Rub ghee in flour until fine like breadcrumbs.
