500g Klim nestle Cream<\/p>\n Syrup:<\/p>\n 1 \u00bd cups icing sugar<\/p>\n 1 \u00bd Tbsp Sugar<\/p>\n \u00bc cup condensed milk<\/p>\n 1 cup fresh milk<\/p>\n 250ml fresh cream (Boil slowly till it makes 1 cup and set aside)<\/p>\n Rose essence (Few drops)<\/p>\n Elachi (Fine)<\/p>\n 20zs Butter<\/p>\n Method:<\/p>\n Rub the Klim and cream together and leave aside overnight.<\/p>\n Put through food processor the next day.<\/p>\n Boil the Icing sugar, sugar, condensed milk and fresh milk +- 15 min then add 20zs butter and fresh cream & boil +- 1 -2 min. Remove and add to Klim mixture.
