Fry onions in oil until glassy,<br \/>   2. Add green peppers, garlic, mushrooms and cook for 8 minutes and season.<br \/>   3. Add cream or milk and maizena mix well.<br \/>   4. Turn heat on low and add chicken, cook until done.<br \/>   5.
