font-family: Arial\">1 tsp ginger\/garlic<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">2 tbsp yogurt<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">A few cloves and peppers<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Method:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Braise onions in ghee till pale golden color.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Simmer the chicken pieces with the spices <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Add chicken pieces to ghee and simmer till meat is well coated and moisture is evaporated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Add yogurt and tomatoes and allow blending in well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Add vegetables and simmer till meat and vegetables are half done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Add prepared moothias and place on top of curry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Sprinkle 4 tbsp of water and steam very slowly for 30 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\">Garnish with chopped dhania and serve<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt; font-family: Arial\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.5pt;
