Pin    it on your refrigerator door. Your work will get much more organised and you    will find a lot of time saved at the end. Beside none of it will be left behind    due to forgetting. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 When very finely    chopped greens or chillies etc. are required in a recipe, use a pair of sharp    Scissors instead of a knife. The job will be made faster, more efficient and    safe to cut. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 To clean the surface    of vegetables like potato, radish, sweet potato, carrots, etc. use a separate    plastic scrubber or toothbrush kept for the purpose. Hold under running water    and scrub. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 Use a pair of scissors    instead of a knife for cutting hot vegetables like chillies and also leafy greens    like spinach, celery, coriander, etc. Your work will get done much faster. Take    care to use a clean, non-rusty pair used only for kitchen purposes. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 To get crystal clear    ice cubes boil the water before pouring in ice cubes. Those made with plain    water are usually foggy or opaque. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 Soak burnt pans    with a weak solution of domestic ammonia and water. After an hour rub with used    lemon peels dipped in salt. Wash with soap for a clean, clean pan. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 Sometimes oil begins    to foam on heating to deep-fry and rises dangerously in the pan. To dissipate    the foam adds a marble sized ball of tamarind to the oil. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 Line the bottoms    of your kitchen cabinet shelves with old newspapers. Instead of tedious cleaning,    just discard and replace with fresh ones. Cheap and quick. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 to avoid stains    and smudges on costly cookbooks while following recipes, slip them, open page    up, into a transparent plastic bag. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u0095 If you write your    own labels for kitchen or storage containers, cover the labels with transparent    cello tape so that do not smudge. <\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">How to pick the perfect    fish &#8211; When choosing fresh fish, look for firm flesh, clear skin and eyes. Buy    whole fish when possible so you can see these qualities. Always trust your nose    and do not hesitate to ask to hold, touch and smell the fish and also trust    your fish supplier.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"+1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   How to bread foods &#8211; Before breading, dredge food items in flour. Dip the floured    item in an egg wash (whipped eggs with a little milk), then drain off excess.    With one hand, set the item in a shallow dish filled with your breading. With    the other, scoop and pat the breading into place. Get creative with your breadings    &#8212; breadcrumbs are fine, but other items can be used. (Crushed melba toast,    cornmeal, crushed cereals, etc.)<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/font><br \/><font size=\"+1\"><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">   Unclog your shakers &#8211; If your salt or pepper shakers keep clogging up, add a    few grains of uncooked rice to them. The rice will absorb the moisture that    causes the salt and pepper to clump. Dried peas will work just the same.
