Heat wok or    nonstick saute pan over medium heat<br \/>   2. Add oil&nbsp; when oil is hot add mixed vegetables and stir fry until browned.<br \/>   3. Add Balti sauce and stir fry until hot and bubbling.<br \/>   4. Lower heat cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until vegetables are cooked.<br \/>   5. If sauce is too dry then add &frac14; cup water or vegetable stock<br \/>   6. Add salt to taste<br \/>   7.
