Braise the onions in a pot <br \/>   2. Add Peri Peri seasoning, salt, &frac12; cup water and leave to cook <br \/>   3. Once cooked remove from the stove <br \/>   4. Layer mushroom filling in a casserole<br \/>   5. Layer the potatoes over and then pour the fresh cream over the layers.<br \/>   6.
