font-family: Verdana\">2 cups cucumber<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&frac14; cup red pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&frac12; cup dates<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&frac14; cup feta cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 pkt ready washed mixed lettuce<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&frac12; cup kraft mayonnaise<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&frac14; cup mustard sauce<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 Tbsp brown sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">2 Tbsp lemon juice<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">1 Tbsp soya sauce<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&frac12; tsp salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Freshly ground pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Fry nuts and sesame seeds in olive oil until light pink.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Strain nuts and sesame seeds mixture and leave oil to cool.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Place nuts mixture on a tray, sprinkle crushed red chillies and salt over.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Mix dressing ingredients together add left over olive oil used for frying nuts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Combine cucumber, pineapple, pepper, dates and feta cheese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Pour dressing over the vegetables and mix well<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Place salad on platter<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">Cover with fried nuts and sesame seeds mixture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
