Saut&eacute; spring onions heated oil, stirring for 1 minute over medium heat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana\">stir in tomatoes, raisins water and spices and bring to boil. Stir in couscous will have absorbed the liquid.
